Policy
Service delivery policy
Effective date: 22 April 2026 · Issued by Manadi Consulting LLP (LLPIN ACU-1806).
Manadi Consulting LLP provides professional advisory services. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This page explains how our services are delivered — the format, the timelines, and what "delivery complete" means for each engagement type.
1. Nature of delivery
All services are delivered digitally unless an engagement letter states otherwise. Typical delivery channels are:
- Email — for written deliverables, meeting notes, and invoices.
- Secure file transfer or shared drive — for larger documents, structured datasets, or confidential materials.
- Video conference — for scheduled calls, walk-throughs, and training sessions.
- On-site visits — only where the engagement letter explicitly includes them, and typically within the National Capital Region of India.
We do not ship any physical goods through this website. There is no shipping fee, courier, or postal dispatch associated with our services.
2. Discovery consultation
- Scheduling. After payment, we send scheduling options within one working day. The call is held at a mutually agreed time, normally within two weeks.
- Delivery. The call is held by video conference. A written one-page summary is emailed within three working days of the call.
- Complete. The engagement is complete when the written summary has been sent.
3. Scoped projects
- Scoping. A written scope of work is issued within five working days of the discovery conversation, or sooner if the brief is clear.
- Start. Work begins once the scope is signed and the first milestone payment (if any) is received.
- Delivery cadence. Deliverables are emailed or shared via secure transfer at the milestones agreed in the scope. Each deliverable is versioned and carries a named author and reviewer.
- Revisions. One round of written revisions within scope is included. Further revisions are quoted separately.
- Complete. The engagement is complete when the final deliverable has been accepted in writing, or fifteen working days after delivery of the final deliverable if no feedback is received, whichever is earlier.
4. Advisory retainer
- Start. The retainer begins on the date stated in the engagement letter and runs in monthly cycles.
- Cadence. Each month includes the hours or sessions stated in the engagement letter, usually delivered as scheduled calls and written briefs.
- Monthly summary. At the end of each month we send a written summary of decisions taken, open items, and hours used.
- Complete. A retainer month is complete when the monthly summary has been sent.
5. Training & workshops
Public seminars and workshops
- Scheduling. Upcoming dates are published on the engagements page. Registration is confirmed by successful payment and an emailed confirmation with joining details.
- Delivery. In-person sessions are held at our office in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, or at a partner venue announced in advance. Online sessions are delivered over a secure video platform.
- Materials. Slides and a concise reference sheet are emailed to registered attendees after the event. Recordings, where available, are shared only with registered attendees.
- Complete. Delivery is complete at the end of the final scheduled session, with post-event materials sent within three working days.
Commissioned in-house programmes
- Design. A written programme design is issued within seven working days of the scoping brief.
- Start. Delivery begins once the design is signed and any advance invoice is settled.
- Delivery cadence. Sessions are held at your site (within the National Capital Region), at our office, or online by agreement. Materials are shared with participants after each session.
- Debrief. A written debrief is sent to the sponsor within ten working days of the final session.
- Complete. The programme is complete when the debrief has been delivered, or thirty days after the final session if no feedback is received, whichever is earlier.
6. Turnaround targets
- Acknowledgement of enquiries: same working day, wherever possible.
- Quote or scope after a discovery call: within five working days.
- Regular project deliverables: per the dates in the engagement letter. We flag delays in writing at least three working days before a missed date.
7. Working hours
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, excluding Indian public holidays. Urgent matters outside these hours are handled on a best-effort basis.
8. What constitutes delivery
A deliverable is considered delivered when it has been sent to the email address (or shared drive) nominated by you in the engagement. We retain delivery records — timestamps, file hashes where applicable, and email trails — as part of our engagement files.
9. Access and recovery
If you cannot access a delivered file or you lose a copy, write to mail@manadiconsulting.com and we will re-share the file from our engagement records, subject to any confidentiality conditions in the engagement letter.
10. Non-delivery or delay
If we fail to deliver on an agreed date without prior notification, write to us at mail@manadiconsulting.com. We will respond within two working days with a revised plan. If we are the cause of a material failure to deliver, the refund & cancellation policy applies.
